SUCCESS!!!

To Fellow Sufferers,

How much of our suffering do we cause, often unknowingly to ourselves, and how much is out of our control? These are questions I found answers to in the Precision Spinal Care office, and those answers released me from a lot of my suffering.

Skeptic is my first name, my father being a physician. But like anyone in chronic disabling pain, you desperately search for answers and a cure. To my rational mind, I didn’t see how adjusting my neck could affect my lower back, physics or not. But, after four surgeries all aimed to alleviate the chronic and often severe lower back pain, and years of physical therapy, a decade of disability I decided to give it a try, feeling led by God this time.

Adjustment, after adjustment coupled with advice ranging from, “Don’t sleep on your stomach, think about a new bed, to don’t push so far on your exercises” and I began seeing results. I continued to get better and better. Am I cured? No, not totally but most of the time I am pain free and I am able to get back some of the life I’d given up. That’s huge!

Not only was I impressed with the results, I was impressed with the genuinely caring staff and Dr. Allen’s true desire and efforts to get to know me, and understand my unique situation. He became not just a good doctor, but a friend, a cheerleader, and mentor. Why? Because he really does care about this patients as people. My hopes and prayers are that this office can help you as much as it’s helped me.

My Story: God brought me to Dr. Allen Huff on Sept of 2002 at the age of 27. At that time I was in sever pain and barely able to walk. I had started taking pain pills two days before to help with the pain, but I was still unable to walk much. In August, my back had gone out and I saw my 3rd chiropractor in one year. And at that time, a friend of my husband’s was seeing Dr. Huff and really liked him.

I just wasn’t ready. The medical part of me didn’t see how this process of no snap, crackle, popping was going to work.

But by September I decided to give it a try. Dr. Huff was amazing! He was so patient and kept working on me all day to help me feel better. In September I also went and saw two other physicians – one gave me steroids and the other wanted to do surgery.

I had already had a laminectomy on January of 2000 and did not want another. My MRI in October showed that I had a herniated disk with moderate stenosis at L4-L5. I had what felt like PMS and needles going down my right leg. But thanks to Dr. Huff’s patience and care, I am now able to function fairly normally. I am currently able to workout and I do so at least four times a week. I am also able to pick-up and play with my 2 ½ year old son and take care of my patients. Because my back injury was so serious, I know that my process to 100% is a slow one, but I thank God everyday that he showed me to Dr. Huff’s door. He is truly an instrument of God. Thanks again Dr. Huff for your wonderful caring touch & giving me my life back.

I thank God everyday for leading me to Dr. Huff. I suffered for years with back, leg and neck pain. It got to the point where I could not get out of bed or up from a chair without help. I also had ringing in my ears and walking became almost impossible.

A friend told me about Dr. Huff and NUCCA. Well, I was very skeptical at first, but then the thought of having no pain won over my skepticism. After my first treatment, I had no neck pain what so ever. I rested for 15 minutes and then went back in for my second treatment. My back pain and the pain in my leg were gone and for the first time in years I was able to lay down and sit up by myself. I could kneel on the floor and get up with no help, it was the most wonderful feeling. Another benefit! The ringing in my ears is almost gone.

My daughter and husband both go to Dr. Huff now and are enjoying the benefits of NUCCA.

Belief in God and the hands of Dr. Huff have made a new person out of me. You don’t have to live in pain. I know, because I am now pain free and living a happier and healthier life.

Hi All!

I have started this letter several times and sounded like a late night TV commercial “ Let me tell you about the Latest, Greatest thingy to hit backs!” really though there is no getting around it so here it is. NUCCA adjustments have made a world of difference for me. I had a bout with rheumatic fever in 1997, and have suffered from lower back pain and frequent leg pain as a result. I grew up riding horses; I have trained horses and taught riders for a number of years. I wish I had a dime for every spill or smash that invariably happen when you combine people and horses. I have been downhill skiing since I was 8; trees were a challenge for me in the beginning. These are just a minutes worth of contemplating, think about water skiing, repelling, spills on bikes or motorcycles, gymnastics, powderpuff football, etc. So as you can see when we think back on the damage we cause ourselves no wonder we hurt. I had been to a traditional chiropractor and he told me the problem was in my hips. When this other Doctor adjusted me it was painful and brought very little relief. Not to mention the supplements they want to sell me, the little electric shock thing… no thank you.

I started seeing Dr. Huff in April of 2002 and I noticed improvement after the first visit, once I got over the feeling of being beat up. I could not understand how, seemingly, so little pressure could make so much difference. I wish I could tell you that I am pain free but my injuries are old and I have a hard time with some of Dr. Huff’s suggestions regarding posture and sleeping flat on my stomach. (OK so I am weak and like my comfort zones) I don’t have to go as often and Dr Huff has taught me to know when I need to come in for an adjustment, and that it is ok to come in just to get a check.

Just a short list of areas of improvement: hip pain, leg pain, lower back pain. The burning pain between my shoulders- gone, elbow pain from rheumatic fever damage – gone, headaches greatly reduced. The help with acid reflux was faster than Tums!

I recently went through a trying time with a family member who was dying of cancer. I spent 5 long days and nights sitting in bad chairs, sleeping an floors and hide-a-beds and I managed to come out of it with-out the pain I would have expected.

As much as the treatment itself, the caring attitude and genuine concern for my well-being has made an impact on me. Dr Wher has filled in while Dr Huff was taking classes and I would also like to mention how comfortable and confident I felt in his care.

One last thing I would like to mention, I am proud to know a young professional man who is also a strong Christian and happy to tell you so. Dr Huff was a blessing to me in the weeks I dealt with my brother death, even coming in on his day off to help with legs pains I had started having after a couple of stressed filled weeks.
